Some learn many things easily and some learn the hard way. The teaching job was a hard way for me to learn about the teachers. Before joining the corporate company I joined my own college as a teacher for few months and was very happy to do that. The feeling of doing a right thing and helping the society was filled in my heart.

I used many aids like the teaching stamps in my job and my confidence was on the high till one day I heard few comments about my teaching from a group of students.  Needless to say those were bad things about me. I felt dishearten and decided to take it as a job only. Thanks to my fellow teacher who explained why it doesn’t matter for him and how to get rid of that thing and emotions, I could complete my teaching job with a great feeling.

Teaching is not only limited to saying few things about a subject and giving homework, it takes a lot more than this. A good teacher should always be ready for everything he or she needs to give to this job. It requires a great respect and desire towards this job. Teacher must know that many students career depends on him or her. A balance between the tasks and the time present is also very important for a ideal teacher because it will help in becoming punctual and organized.

If a student is late in the class, it won’t get noticed and followed by other students but if a teacher is late it will get noticed and followed for sure. Every student salutes a teacher of his own on the teacher’s day I would say that become that teacher and help the society. Teachers are the basic bones of this society and we should try to fit in that for the greater goods.
