Lanyards are a part of then corporate landscape and are worn daily by many workers to hold an id badge as a means of identifying them as belonging to the company and giving them access to corporate buildings and even to their offices. Neck lanyards work very well for this purpose as they conveniently slip around the neck and don’t require any pins or clips to hold them in place. Lanyards come in many different types, but they all have the same thing in common, they fit around the neck and have some type of hardware for attaching things to the lanyard. They can even be woven with the company name and look quite good as a means of advertising the company. Round lanyard straps are normally cheaper to purchase, but can’t be imprinted or woven with logos as they are just too small for doing that.

Color choices are limited to any color that a person could think of or no limits at all. Standard basic colors will always be cheaper, but any color under the sun can be used. Custom lanyards are a big business and most lanyard businesses have art departments to customize lanyards any way their clients would like.
